Biographies:
Tim McCarty



Tim McCarty is founder and president of Quest: arts for everyone. For twenty-one years, Mr. McCarty was employed at Gallaudet University's Model Secondary School for the Deaf where he served as the Artistic Director for the internationally recognized Performing Arts Program. A recipient of a White House Presidential Scholars Outstanding Teacher Award, Mr. McCarty's students have appeared in major motion pictures, television shows, and professional stage productions. A playwright, producer, director, and educator, Mr. McCarty's work has been shared with audiences in Japan, Romania, the Netherlands, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Russia, and Argentina. This summer, he will produce and direct a show featuring deaf student performers. The company will conduct a three-week tour of India.
