The Magic Flute
Washington National Opera Working Rehearsal
The Student Rehearsal Program introduces middle and high school students to opera by giving them the opportunity to witness firsthand the final rehearsals of Washington National Opera’s main stage productions.
In Mozart’s final opera, a prince’s quest leads to love at first sight—but to prove his worth in marriage, he must first survive trials of wisdom and devotion. With the aid of a magic flute and a bumbling sidekick, the prince sets out on a fantastic adventure.
